  • We offer a holistic approach to health and fitness by integrating Lagree Method classes, Boxing, strength circuit training, nutrition counseling, mobility services, and physical therapy - all under one roof.

     

    We are also the only true Lagree-certified studio in Charlotte.

  • We provide various membership options for access to all fitness classes i.e. Lagree Method, Boxing, and Strength Circuit Training. Choose from 5, 10, or unlimited classes per month with flexible month-to-month or yearly subscriptions.

    Additionally, you can purchase personal training, nutrition, mobility, and physical therapy services separately.

  • All memberships, including our 2-week unlimited special for new clients, start from the date of purchase. This means your access begins immediately when you complete your purchase, and the duration (whether 2 weeks, one month, or longer) will be counted from that date.

  • We offer a special New Member 2-Week Unlimited Pass, giving you access to our fitness classes - Lagree Method, Boxing and Strength Circuit Training. It’s a great way to experience everything we offer and find the classes that work best for you.

  • The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles.

     

    While it shares some similarities with Pilates, Lagree uses a machine called the Megaformer, offering a full-body workout that focuses on strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility.

  • Our membership gives you access to Lagree Method, Boxing and Strength Circuit Training classes. Easily book classes through our online scheduling platform powered by MindBody. Purchase a single class or choose from our flexible membership pack.

    Book services easily through the Services Page. Choose your desired service type, which may redirect you to an external website. You do not need a membership to book our wellness services.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. For members with a 5 or 10 class pack, cancellations within this window result in a forfeited class. Unlimited class members incur a $15 penalty after the second late cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to the same 12-hour notice requirement. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in lost class credits or booking restrictions.

     

    Please ensure cancellations are made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • We offer one-on-one personal training sessions - our trainers work with you to create customized workout plans based on your specific goals and fitness level.

    You can book directly with our trainers and purchase single sessions or opt for packages of 10, 20, or 30 sessions, which are valid for a set period.

  • No prior experience is necessary. Our instructors will guide you through the workout and offer modifications to accommodate your fitness level, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete.

  • You should wear proper fitness attire and grippy socks for Lagree Method classes (required for safety).

     

    Don’t forget a water bottle, and be ready for an invigorating, full-body workout!

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This brief window allows us to get you checked in, process any waivers, address any injuries you may have and familiarize you with our equipment and studio.

     

    Early arrival ensures you won’t disrupt the class or the instructor. You will start your workout feeling confident and prepared and not embarrassed or rushed. We want your experience at SWC to be exceptional from the moment you walk through our doors.

  • We will soon be offering a variety of recovery services including cold plunge therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and sports massage therapy, designed to help you recover faster, reduce soreness, and improve overall performance.

  • We have ample parking available for all our members, with approximately 40 spaces located right in front of the building.

     

    Parking is completely free for our members.

  • While we offer two bathrooms and changing rooms, there are no shower facilities on-site at this time. We recommend you plan accordingly if you need to shower after your workout.

  • Lockers are available for storing personal items during classes.
