Stretch & Mobility (Megaformer) is a 45-minute, recovery-focused class that uses the Lagree Megaformer to support deep, full-body stretching and controlled mobility work. The machine’s adjustable resistance and built-in support allow you to access deeper stretches safely while improving joint range of motion, flexibility, and body awareness. Ideal for recovery, mobility training, or as a complement to Lagree and Strength classes.
Mega+

Mega+ classes are 60-minute hybrid workouts that combine the intensity of Lagree on the Megaformer with complementary training on the floor for a complete, intelligently balanced experience. Each class is split evenly, approximately 30 minutes on the Megaformer building deep strength, stability, control, and endurance, and 30 minutes off the machine, either flowing through intentional yoga to enhance mobility, recovery, and nervous system regulation (Mega + Flow), or lifting and moving with purpose-driven strength training to build power and athletic capacity (Mega + Strength).
You’ll start on one side of the studio and switch halfway through, keeping energy high and the transition seamless. Expect to leave feeling fully worked, well-balanced, and better in your body—strong, grounded, and refreshed from head to toe.
