As General Manager of SWC and one of only four Global Senior Master Teacher Trainers (SMTT) selected by the creator of Lagree Method, Sebastien Lagree, Dayron brings unparalleled expertise in both operations and fitness instruction. This positions him to shape SWC’s supportive, results-driven culture.

 

He oversees SWC’s daily operations while leading Lagree Method and small group training classes, ensuring that clients experience high-quality, authentic workouts that drive results. His diverse background in training both clients and instructors allows him to create an inclusive environment, supporting each individual’s fitness journey.

Michelle Harris

Assistant General Manager / Lagree Instructor / Group Fitness Coach 
 

Certified in both Lagree and Pilates and with over ten years of experience as an ICU nurse, Michelle brings a unique blend of expertise to SWC. Her extensive knowledge of the body enhances her ability to support clients reach their goals safely and effectively.

Passionate about fitness, Michelle motivates clients to push beyond their limits, fostering strength and resilience through personalized, hands-on guidance. She inspires her classes to embrace the challenge of growth, encouraging a positive and energetic environment. Dedicated to building a supportive fitness community within SWC, she leads classes that are not only challenging and effective but also uplifting and fun for all participants. Michelle’s dual role as AGM and instructor embodies her commitment to holistic wellness and community building at SWC.

Mobility Specialist  

 

Specializing in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), Rachael is a key provider of SWC’s mobility and recovery services. Dr. Matt Crandall

Physical Therapist
 

Dr. Matt Crandall, a physical performance therapist and orthopedic certified specialist, specializes in helping athletes and active adults eliminate pain and reach their fitness goals.

 

At SWC, he leads the physical therapy department, providing clients with individualized care through techniques such as dry needling, manual therapy, and movement assessments.
